As much as I love to plan, plan, plan ahead, I often forget to ensure that I have a quick lunch solution on hand. Between my usual duties as a mother and wife, I also work from home and it sometimes feels as though I’m constantly catering to everyone around me that I forget to eat and then crash hard at 2:30-ish. As a foodie who cares about where my food comes from and how it’s made, it’s hard for me to find something that’s premade that I can genuinely enjoy.

Recently, I discovered that Lean Cuisine is making big changes in their new varieties of LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE meals including tasty flavors with organic ingredient options, gluten-free options, protein-packed options and no-GMOs. They’re also offering four limited time varieties with on-trend flavors to fix your menu fatigue! While at Walmart, I stocked up with four of the LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Cheese & Fire-Roasted Chile Tamale, but they’re also offering LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Thai-Style Ginger Beef, LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Chicken Tikka Masala, and LEAN CUISINE® MARKETPLACE Southwest-Style Potato Bake. Now that they’ve created more varieties with organic ingredient options and no-GMOs, they’re one of my top choices for a convenient home lunch.

In fact, today I enjoyed one of my Chile Tamale entrees and my flavor cravings were completely satisfied, which is unusual for this extra snacky gal. Since I’m usually swept up in work or kid duty (read mopping up after an overflowed toilet in today’s adventures), knowing I have a little stash of LEAN CUISINE® options in my freezer helps me to take care of myself so I can take care of my family.

Visit the Lean Cuisine Facebook page to learn more about their new limited varieties and their delicious collection of entrees to satisfy all your different food moods. Visit your local Walmart to pick up a few to try for yourself!
