As an organizational junkie, I have to admit that I’m a huge fan of fitness calendars and schedules. If I can print it out and add it to my planner, I’ll be more apt to actually stick with it and get moving. This month, I’ve decided to start one of these challenges for myself and scoured the web for something that I knew would work for me. I discovered several great plans and calendars that I knew I had to share with you friends. Today, I’m sharing five simple and easy to follow fitness calendars. Find out which one I’m using below!
This plank challenge by Shape is simple and gets you doing something active once daily.
I’m a big fan of Blogilates and love her monthly workout calendars. I’ve committed to July and have printed out the calendar for my planner so I can keep up.
Pieces in Progress shares several helpful calendars on her blog, but I especially love this Six Weeks to Spring Break version she shared.
This five week schedule from Downtownn via Tumblr is a great way to jump start your fitness goals.
Body Rock’s Jiggle Free July Challenge looks like a fun way to get active this summer. The activities are simple and seem easy to attain each day.
